Calling a new pastor or staff member is one of the most important tasks that any church can undertake. Tennessee CBF is pleased to assist churches as they seek ministerial staff as well as ministers who wish to serve churches in Tennessee.

Ministers:
Please go the Minister Information page and take advantage of a new way to share your resume with CBF state organizations and churches.

Churches and Search Committees:
We can assist you in two ways.

• Tennessee CBF is working with MinistryConnect, a consulting and coaching service for ministers and churches, to conduct a pilot project to assist churches seeking new staff ministers. To learn more about this, please go to the Church Pastor/Staff Search Committee Resources page.
• If you prefer not to use the MinistryConnect service, please complete the Church Profile Form and send it to Terry Maples at Box 399, Murfreesboro, TN 37133 or e-mail to tmaples@tncbf.org. Although we will not recommend specific candidates, we will be glad to send you resumes of prospective staff members.
